Catalysis Advisory is a team of specialist advisors that helps ambitious companies put in place the human underpinnings for scaled-up and confidently-managed businesses. We know that ordinary people can do extraordinary things. There are many brilliant businesses solving complex problems to make the world a better place. But evolving from a scrappy, entrepreneurial venture to a mature, high-growth company brings a unique set of challenges, not least the critical impact people as individuals and in teams have on achieving a company’s ambitions. We work in partnership with small and mid-market investors, CEOs, Chairs and management teams, helping to inform decision-making and find solutions to problems arising at the interface of strategy, organisational and people. Almost all of our work involves companies which already have investor backing or are seeking it. However, successful investors build partnerships with management and we believe we are most value-adding when we serve the interests of that partnership. We tend to work more on the ‘how’ than just the ‘what’ and have supported in the following areas: > Team and organisational strategy > Executive talent optimisation > Partnership with Private Equity We don’t offer standard, off-the-shelf, advisory ‘products’. We spend time understanding the situation and working out the best approach. Projects are tailored to the specific context and requirements, incorporating appropriate frameworks and tools to support as required.
