Catalysis got its start in 2008. We are the first organization of our kind to exclusively focus on educational programs and resources designed to transform healthcare value using lean thinking. We are a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization. It is our ultimate goal to transform the healthcare industry. We do this through careful research that includes listening to healthcare leaders and sharing best practices and innovative thinking that results in system change. Resources from Catalysis enable leaders to dramatically improve their healthcare systems, change organizational behaviors, and enhance the delivery of patient care while lowering its cost. What We Do As an innovator in the methodologies and systems designed to create healthcare value, Catalysis remains on the forefront of healthcare system transformation. We create experiential learning through classroom and health system site visits. We offer peer-to-peer networks for healthcare leaders who share best practices. We share new thinking and processes that accelerate change. And we engage with and inspire leaders so they may serve as catalysts for effective health system transformation. We continue to develop healthcare management practices based on rapidly adaptable management strategies that health systems implement to generate sustainable healthcare value.
