About Catalytic Conversations
Hello, friend, my name is Jaymes O'Pheron. I started Catalytic Conversations because I am passionate about quality communication. I believe that humans are designed to succeed in community, with people synergizing with each other to multiply potential. But in order for the power of relationships like this to take full effect, the people in them must communicate effectively. And there's the rub. Us humans, we're really quite bad at communicating. It doesn't come naturally, and it doesn't come easily. And with today's global market, professionals of all stripes are facing a slew of new challenges inherent to digital communication. It is vastly more difficult to make an authentic connection without that magical in-person touch! But like any skill, with study, practice, and work, it is possible to learn how. Each of us is capable of accomplishing superhuman feats of success if we unlock this skill. You are capable. As I mentioned, we can't do this alone, though. That's where I come in. I offer experienced, trained guidance and mentorship, coaching you in personal and professional growth, assisting you on your journey to becoming a successful leader and meet your personal goals. I do this by leading us through study and practical application of the proven methods of world class experts in communication, leadership, and business. I have invested my life into collecting the wisdom of giants and cultivating the application of their wisdom to my life in a way that I can pass it on to others. One such is John C. Maxwell, an internationally respected leadership expert, speaker, trainer, coach, author of over a hundred books, and one of my personal heroes. It is through the John Maxwell Team that I have been certified as an independent coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker, thus fulfilling a lifelong dream, and the beginning of a new adventure.
