Having managed their own property portfolio consisting of a mix of HMO's and BTL's, Ray and Natasha ventured into short term accommodation back in 2020; a service they still provide today. Managing these properties gave them a great insight into what it takes to manage a really hands on business, and they decided that they should utilise these skills to provide the same service to other landlords in the area. In 2022 Catchpole Lettings was launched providing a go to service for landlords where Ray and Natasha would utilise all their skills and learnings from the past decade of being in property to provide an unrivalled service to others. To date we have 15 properties on our books from other landlords and only grow through word of mouth to ensure we provide the market with the best standard of accommodation. Being a hybrid agent enables us to provide investors, landlords and guests with a high-end, quality service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our streamlined, automated systems allows us to spend time with whoever needs it most, no matter what time of day or night and give our landlords live updates on their properties, be it enquiries, bookings or maintenance issues.
