Cater Station began life as a food truck roaming the streets of Auckland, New Zealand. Heavily influenced by our owner Pete’s time spent studying in the USA, the truck quickly became a staple part of the food truck scene in Auckland. Over time, demand for our humble food truck became so high that we evolved into a catering company, with the idea of creating a self-serve station of slider meats, buns, salads, and sauces, complete with everything else you might need, we revolutionised the catering experience and have brought food truck feeds to the masses becoming Auckland’s go-to caterers in the process. With great fortune, Pete’s love for the United States led to a Green Card Lottery win, a serendipitous twist of fate that has brought us full circle. Now, we embark on an exciting new chapter with the opening of our first location in Austin, Texas, marking our expansion into the American market. While our roots remain firmly planted in Auckland, we are excited to see where our path back to the USA takes us. As we grow, our vision remains the same — Whether it's a corporate gathering, a social celebration, or a casual get-together, Cater Station is here to bring people together through the power of exceptional food.
