About Catherine's Health Center
Since 1996, Catherine’s Health Center (Catherine’s) has provided access to high quality, affordable, and compassionate health care to all. After being designated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2020, Catherine’s continues to expand services and scope by offering integrated and comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services across four clinics and seven place-based sites. Catherine’s primary medical care includes substance use disorder treatment, infectious disease prevention and management, women’s health services, and psychiatry. Through a culture of team-based care and no missed opportunities, we work with partners toward our vision of a thriving community free of health inequities.
