About Cattleya Yoga Studio

A small women owned business. With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being. Cattleya Yoga Studio began as a vision of turning a passion into something greater. Something that would help people grow. Through the love and passion of teaching online we wanted to expand into a physical studio that would allow people to come in and get the full experience of the wonders of yoga to our mind, body & spirit. Aside from just creating another studio I wanted Cattleya Yoga Studio to be about my growth through yoga and yours. One of the main things we strive for in this studio is a sense of community, we want all students to come in and feel welcomed, a sense of belongingness while we guide you through your yogi journey. The name Cattleya comes from a beautiful orchid that is a big representation of my Colombian roots. Cattleyas are extremely diverse in terms of shape, size, and colour. What better way to represent the community of people I want to create in the studio, as unique and special as this beautiful flower. In this studio we teach a range of yoga classes for all different level students, as well as meditation & sound healing. First class being complementary and offering a trial month $60 for 30 days so that way you get a chance to explore all classes. This is a studio about enjoying the process, as the pose will come. Different styles of yoga offered in a room temperature setting, as well as meditation and sound healing. Aside from in person group classes, we also offer private classes in person or online, corporate classes and a range of products including apparel, yoga props/accessories, drinks & snacks.
