About CAUSE

CAUSE (Concerned About Universal Social Empowerment) is not just an organization it’s a body of professional, young and active social workers with an aim to work for the betterment of society. CAUSE NGO is registered from 2010 (Reg. no. 2080583-Feb/2010) under Indian Trust Act and also registered with Govt. of India NITI Aayog (Reg.no. JK/2011/0041660). We are at a partnership with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Over the period of the organization's existence, we have worked in various fields such as Education, Health, and Environment related issues etc. We at CAUSE are ready and have already been in the field, working with other organizations or departments to deliver a change on the ground and would continue to do so. Our Mission Our aim as an organization is to do our bit for the upliftment of our society as a whole. We haven’t confined our area of work to a few specific things. But, we are ready and have been working in areas such as Education, Helping women in distress, fighting the drug menace that our state faces, Pollution related issues, exploitation against children/women, Traffic etc. Our mission is to do our bit even if it is minuscule towards the betterment of society and our state as a whole. Our Vision To help in building a better Kashmir, one where the society is educated, Empowered and enriched in every way.
