What does the Cavan Chan Company do? Hi, my name is Cavan, a 3H coach. 3H stands for Happy, Healthy & High performing individual. I often work with people who are constantly tired, having headache, overweight, unmotivated/ unable to focus or having sleep disturbance at night. Many of them may have been to doctors and specialists yet have not been able to find effective solutions to make them feel better. My job is to co-create a sustainable lifestyle modification strategy with them to champion a better version of them. And my company’s mission is the extension of my own vision & goal. That is to create sustainable high performing leaders through the lens of personal wholistic wellness. And we are talking about a very specific type of leader here. To pull a quote from Jocko Willink, one of the most decorated US Navy Seal : "Leaders must own everything in their world. There's no one else to blame." This is the type of leader my company is committed to develop & serve in Asia. Leaders, who understand that in order to lead an organization at a high level, they must start from herself & himself.
