About Cavazza Società Semplice Agricola

Cavazza family has been producing wine since 1928. The winery is in Selva di Montebello, a small town in Vicenza. OUR WINES: From Lessini Mountains, to Gambellara DOC area until Berici Hills: indigenous grapes, tradition and innovation. Durella is the ancient vine in the Lessini Mountains that we use to produce our Durello, a sparkling wine characterised by a typical acidulous flavour. The wines from the DOC Gambellara area represent different interpretations of the Garganega growing both on volcanic and limestone soils. Our top quality red wines come from the Cicogna Estate, where we grow the historical varieties of the Berici Hills like Cabernet, Tai Rosso, Carmenere and experimental varieties such as Syrah. OUR VALUES: We are firmly attached to the land, without which nothing would be possible; from the roots that have given life, to the tops of the rows in the fields, viewed by dreamers projecting us towards new challenges and new horizons.
