This is supported by extensive knowledge and experience throughout the team. Difficult sites can involve resolving issues over demolition, remediation, contamination, planning and site access, with an understanding of the specialist surveys required to deal with environmental and ecological issues. For remediation issues, we can arrange bespoke environmental liability insurance policy, which can be tailored to provide cover for environmental claims that may arise in the future to provide cover for the polluter, ourselves and the NHBC C.B. Collier offer an exclusive build-out development arm that operates across the Midlands. Our residential build-out focuses on a potential for up to 150 residential units in smart market towns or villages that offer excellent local community facilities. In the past, C.B. Collier have also converted a number of listed buildings into high quality residential developments.
