Founded in 1968 by Ross Fisher, CCC quickly established a prominent place in the gas turbine industry by developing speed and temperature monitors and fuel control modules used primarily with Solar Turbine engines, which became known as Solar "Black Boxes." CCC continues to offer the Black Boxes to customers around the world. CCC is an industry leader in developing innovative and effective Smart fuel metering valves for gas turbine and engine fuel control products. The internal microprocessor continuously computes the fuel flow and precisely adjusts the flow to match the demand from the engine. Our Smart valves can handle the most comprehensive range of fuel quality and are ideal for field retrofit/upgrades and original equipment installation. CCC Valves offer a fast response, a high turndown ratio, and extreme accuracy, especially at light off and acceleration fuel flows. CCC was the first to standardize wideband UEGO oxygen sensors for gas engine AFR controls, improving linear control technology allowing the same sensor to be used for rich or lean burn operation. Through the improved linear control, and enhanced air and natural gas mixing, we can meet the most stringent emissions requirements. The CCC system can also close loop on a post-catalyst NOx sensor to adjust the O2 sensor set point dynamically. This patented technology results in the most advanced emissions control in the world. Continental Controls Corporation's vertical integration for producing gas valves is a strategic move that sets us apart from our competitors. By controlling every aspect of the production process, from design to manufacturing, we can ensure the quality and consistency of our products.
