The possession, use, cultivation, distribution, or sale of alcohol, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia is strictly forbidden on college property, during CCD-sponsored events, or in state-leased vehicles. Although Colorado state law permits limited marijuana use, federal law and CCD policies prohibit marijuana use and possession on campus or during college-affiliated activities. CCD Canna Club fully supports these guidelines, fostering a drug-free and compliant environment.
