CCHL is a Consultancy practice focused on advising its clients on the establishment, ongoing operations and robust corporate governance of their enterprises in the United Arab Emirates. Establishment At CCHL, we help founders and management teams to define their strategy in the UAE and can be mandated to manage the whole process of establishment and licensing from end to end by working with leading company and professional service providers as well as the Regulatory Authorities. Corporate & Fund Governance Furthermore, we advise boards and management on ensuring ongoing operations have a substantial economic presence, as required by the Regulatory Authorities, and follow best Corporate Governance practices. The Partners at CCHL serve as Independent Non-Executive Directors for many of our clients' operations. In addition, with extensive experience in Investment Management and Fund Governance, the Partners at CCHL are also available as Independent Non-Executive Directors for Funds, covering both public and private markets, that are basing themselves in the international financial centres of the UAE.
