CCI Properties, Inc. (CCI) is a real estate consulting, acquisition and research company. CCI Properties, Inc. offices are currently located in Volusia County on the east coast of Florida. However, with expertise in areas such as Florida environmental consulting, Florida retail properties, Florida income producing properties, Florida land, and Florida water conservation, we provide our services throughout the state and have an on-going presence on the central west coast of Florida. CCI offers a variety of services to government agencies, professionals, individuals and private entities. We represent both buyers and sellers in providing specialized services that include but are not limited to marketing and research of properties, property evaluation, ownership and title analysis, ESA, survey and appraisal coordination, sales, acquisitions, negotiations, document preparation, and other related areas of real estate transaction administration.
