About CD20

CD20 is the world’s fastest leading builder of precast installation systems. The CD20 framework system, developed in the late Seventies as a demountable building system for hospitals and schools, was the first precast concrete system in the world that could be disassembled, moved and reassembled at another site. The system has since been used to construct hundreds of buildings in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany. Fast-changing social values call for faster, more efficient, sustainable building methods, with a minimum of damage to the environment. Fast, clean assembly, substantial material savings, reusable building components, and concrete core activation (CCA) contribute to a carbon-neutral environment. In addition to supply and installation of prefabricated elements, we handle the entire preparatory phase, including design and engineering. For many years, CD20 has worked successfully with an integrated approach. Using a BIM-system, essential data on production, logistics and assembly is generated and managed for each individual building. This integrated approach is also applied to projects with conventional prefab and other building systems, including those with more complex substructures and large spans.
