Founded in 1997, Competitive Dynamics International (CDI) set out to revolutionise operational efficiency with an innovative Integrated Daily Management system. This system, known as Mission-Directed Work Teams (MDW), seamlessly integrates principles of Organisational Development, People Engagement, Leadership Development, and Continuous Improvement. Over the course of the next decade, CDI transformed from a local initiative into a global enterprise, establishing registered offices on every continent. By collaborating closely with our clients, we leveraged the MDW framework to fundamentally enhance organisational performance by actively involving all employees in the improvement process. To date, over 150 change leaders have partnered with CDI to incorporate MDW as a key element in their service offerings. This partnership has resulted in the successful implementation of MDW across more than 5,000 operational entities in 78 countries, in 19 different languages. Today, CDI operates as a specialised professional services firm dedicated to supporting professionals and change leaders worldwide using MDW to unlock their path to excellence. We license our methodologies, resources, and expertise to individuals and organisations seeking to lead transformational change.
