CDL is a consulting/ training firm focused on Cultural Intelligence and the new way of doing business—the ‘Negotiating Way’, founded in 1989 by Catherine M. Lee. CDL specializes in international negotiations, global leadership, and women in business and in leadership. A sought after speaker, Catherine is compelling because she draws upon and relates to audiences from her varied experiences – business owner, community activist, professor, homemaker, political candidate. Since its founding, CDL has consulted with major corporations, including BP, Motorola, Infosys, and varied international governments. Since 1990, CDL has been active in Europe and Canada, as well as the emerging markets of Latin America and Asia. CDL now has a presence in Beijing with Charles Wang, as a partner. CDL is strategically affiliated with Taylor-McKenzie in Washington, D.C., and Persona, in Sausalito, California. Several experienced Facilitators and eight Behavior Analysts support and deliver CDL programs and services. Since culture, negotiations and leadership are behavioral, CDL offers quantifiable and measurable behavior feedback.
