About CEC Belgium (Climate Enterprise Convention)

Faced with the collapse of the living world (plummeting biodiversity, climate disruption, increasing scarcity of resources, etc.), companies need to radically transform themselves. To ensure their long-term survival, they must adapt to the threats to their business models and assume their share of responsibility in the ecological and societal transition. The CEC (Climate Enterprise Convention) was created to help companies design and implement the necessary bifurcations. After more than 15 journeys, the CEC is now coming to Belgium to accelerate the transition to a regenerative economy. This program enables managers to reintegrate their business model within planetary limits, towards an economic model that reconciles prosperity, ecology and shared well-being. The group strategic coaching program brings together 70 pairs of Belgian managers from different sectors to rethink their business models. The CEC is neither a succession of seminars nor a simple training course, but a learning and acting path. It draws on scientific findings, proven methods and a cooperative ecosystem to find solutions adapted to local realities. At the end of the journey, participants leave with : - A concrete roadmap for their company - Tools to mobilize their ecosystems - Cooperative projects at local and sector level - A sense of belonging to a community committed to the common good - Increased expertise in ecological issues and regenerative strategies - Collective advocacy to support the necessary transformations Proven after several sessions, CEC offers a unique and transformative 10-month methodology, alternating scientific conferences and collective intelligence.
