I set up CECE Consulting to support and empower as many businesses and people as possible in the property industry to find unique and vibrant ways to differentiate, evolve, and flourish. As one of the first people in the UK property industry to lead customer experience as a new specialism in 2005, I have experience helping specific properties/initiatives or an entire EMEA Business with over 100,000 leases. I provide consultancy services for creating, developing, changing, or rolling out your client, customer, employee, and place activation programmes. Creating working and living environments where physical and mental well-being are at the heart of what is delivered is very close to my heart.
