With our wide range of fitness and recreation choices, we have countless amenities and services that will help you meet fitness goals, stay healthy, and have fun. Our fantastic facilities, countless pools, amazing courts, group fitness classes, training opportunities and out-of-this-world kid programs make our 200,000-square-foot facility Burlington’s go-to sports location. We offer fun for the whole family, with activities such as racquet sports in our state-of-the art courts, aquatics in any of our large pools, and a modern fitness centre and gym for those who want a solo workout with free weights and cardio machines. If group fitness classes are more your style, or there is a new sport you’d like to try, Cedar Springs offers plenty of options with personal training, yoga, fitness classes, and swimming lessons. Fitness is our mission, but we think you can have fun on the journey there. We pride ourselves on offering a luxury, country club feel combined with a cozy, laidback atmosphere that makes our members feel like they are in their family room.
