We go as far as we can to inform, educate and make our service as helpful as possible for our clients. We realize that the learning process often times doesn’t occur without a little confusion; we commit to spending as much time as necessary to help our clients understand and utilize their reserve study. OUR PHILOSOPHY We believe that every association is different, with a different culture, aesthetical desire, and economic abilities. We create reports fit within existing management styles and maintenance practices. OUR PROCESS LISTEN & UNDERSTAND Our goal is to create a reserve study that is helpful for our customer. That only happens when we understand the goals and objectives of the association. IMPLEMENT & RESEARCH Beginning with the project kickoff we work to complete as much research and historical review needed to develop the best component list, recommendations and funding plans possible. REVIEW & FINALIZE We always issue a draft of the reserve study. We consider this an important part of the review process to ensure accuracy and quality. Only then will we finalize the report. CEDCORE / SED-KOR / CEDCORE is made up of two parts. “Ced” in latin means: move, go, and forward. Core means heart, soul, and mind. When put together we coined a new verb meaning; to move forward with heart and soul. Moving forward with heart and soul is the essence of CEDCORE. We are passionate about what we do.
