CEESmaRT, a division of WEST CEESmaRT is a joint venture between CEESI and RT Technical Solutions, LLC. Both organizations recognized the long standing industry need for a broader level of detailed measurement information that was both accessible and provided a level of assurance of station performance. The development of the CEESmaRT system evolved as a result of collaborative efforts and discussions between RT Technical Solutions and CEESI to provide a methodology for gathering, compiling, analyzing and communicating the data the industry was calling for. The combination of technical resources encompassed within these two organizations resulted in the solution to this problem: CEESmaRT. CEESmaRT is a new product that provides continuous remote monitoring of natural gas facilities in a way never before available. CEESmaRT is ideal for natural gas users such as power plants, refineries, large industrial facilities, as well as pipeline companies. Through a secure, cloud based solution, the CEESmaRT monitoring system helps operators manage their measurement risk while decreasing their operating cost. CEESmaRT constantly monitors the ultrasonic meter, pressure and temperature transmitters, flow computer, and the gas chromatograph. Technicians & managers can access information enabling them to prioritize their schedules based on actual station needs. Not only does CEESmaRT provide scheduled performance reports, it proactively notifies operators of measurement issues and equipment problems. Detailed data analysis, long term trending, and proactive alarming of measurement issues enables reduced frequency of onsite testing, increased measurement certainty, and compliance with new API 21.1 regulations.
