About CEFE International

CEFE International is a consulting company based in Cologne. We contribute to the private sector development. Our overall goal is the promotion of MSMEs to empower national economies. How do we do it? With our daily work, we act on micro and meso levels, which means training people to become entrepreneurs or improve their business and supporting organizations and projects to enhance the approach to empowering MSMEs. We contribute to the Millenium Development Goals by enabling lasting income generation, job creation, business growth, and strengthening business service providers. Over the recent decade, we have been able to complement and expand our services to: - Promoting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) - Empowering Start-ups - Supporting Business Cooperation CEFE International is well known for the CEFE Method, one of the most successful methods for developing entrepreneurial and management skills. CEFE Method is a comprehensive set of training instruments. It uses an action-oriented approach and experiential learning to build and enhance the business management and personal competencies of many target groups, mainly in income and employment generation and sustainable economic development. CEFE International has a network of more than 3500 experts in 74 countries. They are all certified in CEFE Method. The network's main objective is to offer a space for cooperation among CEFE experts and trainers. CEFE International supports the work of the network and benefits from the vast experience and knowledge of all its members to develop tools and create innovative solutions for current difficulties and challenges.
