We aim to create a Solutions Based Relationship with all of our Customers, both Direct and Indirect. We are prime distributors of Armstrong products and our primary clients are the Architects and other professionals in the building industry with whom we seek to partner in the specification and supply of ceiling products(tiles & grids) for various building projects. Duties • Working with Architects within these territories to gain specification of the Armstrong range of products for commercial projects. • Working with Builders through the tender process, to ensure the retention of the specified Armstrong products. Dealing with Design Managers, Estimators, Contract Administrators and Project Managers. • Responsible for the development and growth of direct Ceiling Contractor Customers within these territories, through technical support, project leads and competitive pricing. • Project Tracking of all major and minor projects (Product Specific) with in these territories, from Specification to Order, via excel spreadsheet. • Customer Service to End-Users as required. • Assisting in the showroom as required. • Headquarters Unit 5/22 Commercial Place, Keilor East VIC, 3033 • Product Delivery Melbourne Wide - Same day Australia Wide - Prompt Delivery Customised Colour and Finish - 7 day delivery
