About Ceistiú Consulting

Ceistiú is a hands on Lean consultancy that specialises in working with progressive SMEs offering real business process, productivity and project management services. We help businesses to apply simple processes that will help them to run more productively and successfully. We do this by helping clients to address their business operations and daily work processes to enable them to identify areas that can be tweaked to move forward. Ultimately, this will have a positive impact on their business, staff and profits for the long-term. As the name Ceistiú suggests, our remit is to question. Question not only why things are done in a particular way but also to interrogate why things aren’t. In doing this our goal is to help organisations, “DO THE RIGHT THINGS, THE RIGHT WAY” Ceistiú Consulting was formed in 2019 by Cormac Johnston. Working primarily with SME's in the healthcare, luxury goods, manufacturing and service industry sectors. Implementing business improvement programmes in the areas of new product development and delivery, office administration, customer experience, purchasing and supply chain management.
