About Celerato

Celerato is a Swiss eHealth company providing structured medical reporting with the goal of enabling an efficient and precise digital pathology reporting workflow. Celerato offers its digital reporting assistant SynReport for local installation (on-premises) with the possibility of LIS-integration and as a stand-alone cloud solution (SynReport platform). Our service includes access to a large number of multilingual structured reporting forms based on international guidelines for histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology. The output of our software includes well organised and customisable reports as well as the resulting structured data including a large number of medical codes (ICD-O, SNOMED CT, etc.) In addition to the accessible user interface, SynReport enables automated integration from and transfer to surrounding IT systems by means of flexible interfaces. SynReport was originally developed as a part of the PathoLink research project at the University of Zurich in a collaboration of four major university hospitals in Switzerland. The main goal of PathoLink was to create exchangable datasets to facilitate diagnostics and research across institutes. The development of SynReport software started in 2017 and since 2019 it has been used in routine diagnostics. To continue the development, the project spun off in 2020 and has since then been developed under the banner of Celerato. «better data- better outcomes»
