We reduce volume and weight with high rotational speed. Celeroton is the world’s leading supplier of gas-bearing turbo compressors. We are a system provider for compressors and expanders including converters for noble gas recirculation and compression, gas recovery, pneumatics, cryogenics, clean/sterile air supply and other industrial applications. Ultra-high-speed turbo compressors with contact- and oil-free gas bearings enable outstanding solutions in terms of compactness, service life and performance. Compared to compressors with standard speeds, our systems are significantly lighter and smaller as well as highly efficient. The Celeroton range of turbo compressor products covers a wide spectrum of pressure ratios, pressure differences, mass flows and volume flows. The turbo compressors can be operated with a wide range of fluids and used for different inlet conditions, e.g. overpressure or under pressure. The contact-free gas bearing makes it possible to achieve a fully oil and lubricant-free compression of air, refrigerants, inert and noble gases, e.g. argon or helium. With all system expertise under one roof, Celeroton connects the different interdisciplinary technology areas to create one functioning and optimized overall system. The technical margins in the individual technology areas are considered holistically in an overall system design. This system design also guarantees a solution with an electrically driven turbo compressor and matching converter from a single source through one single point of contact.
