From the boardroom to the healing room After working in the corporate world for over 20 years, I understand strategy, leadership and the patriarchal politics at play keeping women small. I’ve lived it and witnessed it on repeat. And while I didn’t like it, acceptance and workplace toxicity muted my intuition. Eventually, enough was enough. And now, I’m here to help you live it - or leave it - to be your best self yet. I’m Karina Rook, strategic leader turned coach and consultant. Lover of myth, magik and mystery, I loathe being put in a box. Working for organisations that ‘did good’ was a theme which ran throughout my corporate roles, and at the start, I loved it. I thrived on creating better workplace environments. Blending science, psychology and leadership, I was able to make the impossible possible by thinking differently and always putting people front and centre. Helping people realise how to be their best selves. Today I do this through working with energetics, the subconscious, astrology + psychology to help women achieve their limitless potential.
