About Celestial Consulting

Before starting Celestial Consulting, we wanted to ensure that we offered services that would increase our clients' impact in their work and accelerate the pace at which they could achieve their missions. So we asked leaders across many organizations in different sectors, "what are some of your greatest pain points?" Regardless of sector or size, the responses fell into common buckets: building, planning and managing. Many leaders said they needed help BUILDING (trust, cultural competence, skills, and structures). Leaders also expressed a need for help with PLANNING because they were reorganizing, growing, downsizing, or shifting directions. Others said that guidance in MANAGING was their need, including "managing up," managing others, managing across different backgrounds, and managing through conflict. Celestial Consulting was founded to address these pain points, so people can move past friction and get the help they need to build, plan, and manage toward outstanding results. We have successfully helped organizations increase retention rates, create and implement policies to ensure equity, and grow the skills of managers to improve effectiveness and impact.
