Célia's background is a testimony to her love for bridging worlds and transforming people and organizations. She has 10+ years of corporate experience working as a trader for UBS, as a Manager for McKinsey & Company and launching an Innovative Finance Unit at the United Nations. At McKinsey, she was the Global Lead for “My Experience”, a worldwide initiative to improve employees’ well-being and performance in Mind, Body and Purpose. She is an ICF-certified Women Empowerment & Transformation Coach and a certified Yoga Teacher. She studied Finance, Economics & Philosophy at HEC and the London School of Economics. Last but not least, she is a self-healer of 3 years of debilitating chronic pain.
