The business began in 2012 as a maintenance management facility for Landlords particularly owners who are not resident in Dublin or even Ireland.. We have been encouraged to set up a licenced estate agency facility by numerous customers who were unhappy with the services of existing providers and who also wanted a one stop shop integrated property management solution. As Landlords ourselves we have a thorough knowledge of the rental requirements and the needs to be a service provider to both owners and tenants. We are also experienced in property purchases as we have built our own portfolio gradually over a number of years.
