Custom solutions have shipped in over three million products from our US and Asia based design and product facilities. Our goal is to provide fast, affordable, and reliable thermal solutions using vapor chambers, heat pipes, and hybrid designs. Heat Pipes: Two Phase Heat Transfer Workhorse Multi heat pipe solutions transporting heat to a remote condenser are our forte. Changes to wick structure, porosity, wall thickness, and product shape are optimized for each design in our US headquarters and in our Taiwan based R&D and manufacturing facility. One Piece Vapor Chambers: Low Cost Heat Pipe Alternative We pioneered one piece vapor chamber design and manufacturing techniques nearly a decade ago. As thin as 1mm, bendable with the ability to cool up to 300w/ cm2, thermal solutions using our design were the first to cool high performance graphics cards, DRAM, and notebook PCs. Two Piece Vapor Chambers: Superior Heat Spreader for Complex Shapes Our two piece vapor chambers go beyond the traditional, using a variety of wick options alone or in combination to increase thermal efficiency. They can be stamped into almost any shape to mold around crowed components or be incorporated into lid enclosures and side panels.
