Centaline Properties is a local family owned boutique real estate agency whom have been managing investment properties since 1995. As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on delivering a consistent level of service and care to both our owners and tenants. Our core value is to look after our clients; owners, tenants and tradespeople as equals and to maintain all properties as if they were our own. We are not just property managers with years of experience under our belts. We are and have been both owners and tenants and can identify with you in taking the steps to become an investor, have an understanding of the concerns surrounding the care and maintenance of your most valued asset. We don’t just manage your property, we review, assess and provide you with our recommendations so that you don’t have to worry about it.
