About Center for Behavioral Health Services
The Center for Behavioral Health Services is a community-based organization that specializes in providing employment and housing services to mental health consumers. The Assisted Competitive Employment (ACE) program offers vocational services to individuals who experience mental health issues with a history of arrest and/or incarceration and who are interested in pursuing employment, school and/or training. The goal of the ACE program is to help each participant achieve economic self-sufficiency and overall wellness. Supported Housing provides extended-stay/long-term housing to adults with mental illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance disorders. A case manager is assigned to each resident to provide tailored services responsive to individual need and designed to encourage independence.
