The Center for Hearing & Speech is a St. Louis-based non-profit dedicated to helping anyone living with communication disorders, regardless of cost. Our charitable programs provide hearing aids and speech-language therapy to children and adults as well as hearing and vision screening in area schools. We exist to serve those with the highest level of need and the lowest ability to pay. While our mission is to ensure low-income individuals receive these essential services, we offer the same high-quality care to every client of any income level. Mission Statement: The Center for Hearing & Speech improves the quality of life for individuals with hearing and speech disorders by providing caring and high quality services, regardless of one’s ability to pay, and continually striving to address a greater portion of the unmet need relating to speech and audiology in the St. Louis region.
