The Center for Integrative Counseling and Wellness is a group of multi-disciplinary specialists dedicated to improving your psychological health and well-being. What makes our Center unique is joining psychotherapy treatments with holistic modalities such as Lifestyle Medicine Coaching, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Nutrition Counseling. Our treatment center is designed with the whole person in mind, taking into account mental, physical and social factors within their treatment plans to create a positive framework for living. Our group of sophisticated and well-known specialists uses evidence-based best practices to provide customized, personalized treatments and training to approach health from the front, before problems get out of hand, and tackle existing problems as a team with a wealth of tools and knowledge at their fingertips. The Center for Integrative Counseling and Wellness coordinates across medical communities and has established partnerships the Hallowell Center, Walden Behavioral Care, South Shore Hospital, Relationship Resources, and, most recently, is running a pilot with MSPP Interface. It is our belief that using a broad array of therapeutic options and a comprehensive approach builds trusting relationships with our clients, leading them to create their own healthy, wellness-based lifestyles.
