The Center for Mental Health Counseling Services of Manhattan offers mental health resources, affordable therapy, specialized treatment plans and leads city-wide educational programming with the NYC Department of Education. The educational programming offered titled 'You Are Not Alone; Office Hours' provides students with direct individual access to leaders across industries. The program aims to celebrate and foster the strengths of each student by supporting their strengths. This is achieved by connecting students to free mentorship with leading executives in entertainment as well as access to mental health resources offered in person at the Christler Building office or digitally. Participating students will be connected to a mentor in the music industry led by Jennifer Frommer. Students can also request to be paired with a mental health counselor trained in evidence-based treatment led by The Center for Mental Health Counseling Services of Manhattan.
