Center of Excellence (COE) is an extension of the family; we provide a trusted, fun, and safe place where children feel comfortable enough to be themselves in the wonder of learning and playing. At COE , we take care of your children and keep them occupied while you get on with your activities. Every teacher is trained in early childhood education and development; they know and appreciate every child’s individual talents and personality. Our goal is to help children develop the hidden talents in them while they are growing. Children learn and develop at different levels; learning environments and situations change frequently, which can be challenges for them. Our responsibility is to understand and respond to the needs of each individual child, and to help each of them adapt to any changes by showing patience and compassion towards them. We provide supervision and care for children's basic needs in childcare facilities. We perform a range of duties including preparing meals, creating lesson plans, and helping children with homework. We Provide recreational and educational activities, keep records of daily observations, incident reports and medications administered and Interact with parents and report child's development. The well-being of your children is very important to us, that’s why we only choose qualified monitors that have a genuine and natural affinity for children and are empathetic to their needs. Child caregivers have a big influence on the children’s lives, sometimes interacting with them five or six days a week. They're not only responsible for their physical health and well-being but also their mental health, development, and guidance.
