Center Stage Capital is an entertainment company that has created a disruptive business model for funding theatrical productions. By investing in a portfolio of diverse live theatrical stage productions investors could maximize their potential for income generation and growth in the value of their investment. Our model is focused on producing shows that could generate cash flow. Accordingly, we aim to use any potential cash flow to invest in new productions which could provide our shareholders with participation in multiple productions. We believe that this strategy could provide a sustainable, stable, and positive return to investors over time that is comparable with other equity investments in the entertainment industry. We are managed by veteran Broadway producers who have proven experience in Broadway shows, including identifying and working with the creative talent in a collaborative environment, Pam Laudenslager, our Chairperson and CEO, is a two-time Tony winning producer and Drama Desk Winner; and Colleen Lober, our President and Chief Operating Officer has worked for Disney Theatrical Productions and other producers/productions for over 30 years. Center Stage Capital has all the intellectual property rights necessary to produce our works in live theatre, and when produced, certain ancillary rights needed to produce our works in various other media (film and television), markets (U.S. and International) and merchandising. We have developed our initial portfolio of works during the last six years and have combined these works into one company to provide a portfolio of diversified risk in live theatre. This is a unique new opportunity for investors to become entertainment industry insiders. Our company structure broadens the investor pool by engaging theatre and entertainment enthusiasts who in the past have been locked out of the exclusivity of theatrical investing due to limited connections to theatre producers.
