About CENTER Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Studio

CENTER isn't just another gym. We won't give you the same workout week after week, and we laugh more than we count. We strive to be the cherry on top of your busy day, the icing on the proverbial cake; something you look forward to rather than something you feel obligated to. We want to teach you - to train you - to live your life moment by moment because memories are always in the making. Our MOTTO is that fitness should be fun. It light you up; inspire you; energize you. It should make you feel younger, more alive and more connected to your life and your community. It should challenge you to be a better person mentally AND physically. We also believe that fitness should train you for longevity - and that’s why we target mobility, not just muscles; the mind, not just the body. We work hard, but also mindfully so as to create the greatest reward for the lowest amount of risk. We do everything in our power to avoid injuries and we are often the trainers who get called upon to help put people back together after they’ve beaten up their bodies somewhere else. But at the CENTER of who we are (and who our clients want to become) is to go beyond seeing exercise as only a tool to keep you looking good in your skinny jeans.
