Centered seeks to support people in reconnecting to a more mindful state of being. We provide space that embraces the individual while recognizing the need for community. We offer a variety of weekly classes workshops workshops focused on healing, deepening your practice, and personal development. Centered also provides physical space for a variety of ongoing community outreach programs, private events and corporate wellness retreats. Our highly trained and trusted practitioners are devoted to their own daily practices and value the importance of a holistic way of life. Our staff includes licensed massage therapists, certified yoga instructors, a licensed clinical social worker & transformational life coach, a professor & qigong instructor, an herbalist & licensed acupuncturist, reiki practitioners, a tai chi instructor and certified meditation instructors. We are happy to work with you in co-creating a holistic treatment plan to bring the change you wish to see in your life. We also welcome you to drop in anytime for a class - new students get their first one for free. We look forward to seeing you soon.
