About Central Coast Council
The Central Coast Council is a local government area serving a region just north of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. It was established in May 2016 following the amalgamation of Gosford City and Wyong Shire Councils. The Central Coast is one of the fastest growing areas in New South Wales and our Council is one of the state’s largest. Our strong team aims to make the region a better place to live by providing services and initiatives designed to achieve Council’s vision of “a vibrant and sustainable Central Coast”. Council works hard to meet the needs of both its residents and visitors through the improvement of infrastructure, community facilities, natural open spaces and so much more.
