We convey a strong appreciation for the boundless limits generated by Creativity, Personality, and Hospitality. Fuelled by creative philosophies and driven to make the highest quality product we encourage modern twists on familiar favorites. It started out as a conversation, where thoughts and considerations were tossed about what this thing, this idea really was. What did we want to portray? How can we utilize the space? Are we ready? With all these questions put into place, from it, stemmed Central, not only a Kitchen and Bar in Kelowna, but a lifestyle, where everyone fits in. Our CPH logo represents our Central values when committing to our guests and community. The C symbolizes creativity, in which we will use in every decision made regarding all aspects of our restaurant; we love to live outside the box. The P represents personality, because we believe the life behind our restaurant constantly grows from the individual personalities of our Kitchen and Service partners who work hard everyday to communicate our vision; we love our Centralites. Lastly our H conveys hospitality, we strive for the best service in the entire city, essentially you are not a customer, you are our guest, our friend, and why we do what we do.
