CMPAS’s project-oriented business model delivers price-competitive power portfolios and utility system solutions that keep public power utilities strong. Project by project, CMPAS works in the best interest of each member and provides strategic advice so utilities can choose what is best for their municipality. Municipal electric utility members include Blue Earth, Fairfax, Glencoe, Granite Falls, Janesville, Kasson, Kenyon, Mountain Lake, Sleepy Eye, Springfield, and Windom. The agency also partners with public power affiliates to lower and share costs of utility projects. Consultative Role As a strategic and fiduciary advisor, CMPAS delivers unbiased, independent portfolio system solutions that best serve the customers of municipal utilities.
