On March 11, 2022, Macquarie Asset Management completed its acquisition of Central Park Group. CPG forms the cornerstone of Macquarie’s efforts to serve high-net-worth investor demand for alternative investments. CPG Funds are managed by Central Park Advisers, LLC & distributed by Delaware Distributors, L.P. (“Delaware”). Delaware, a Macquarie Group entity, is an SEC registered broker/dealer & FINRA member. Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), the asset management division of Macquarie Group, offers a diverse range of products including fixed income, equities, multi-asset solutions, private credit, infrastructure, renewables, natural assets, real estate & asset finance.
