Central Services offers a unique combination of expertise in social performance, sustainability, governance, technology and information management systems for the resource sector. The company was co-founded by Nadia Natoka in early 1994 in IT projects and customised software development and over the years building a reputation in delivering quality and value to clients through well researched, innovative solutions and strategic thinking. In 2009 the Managing Director, Nadia was offered a unique opportunity to work and living in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and shift her career into Sustainable Development and Social Performance for the resource sector. After 13 years experience working across multiple disciplines, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of operating in complex environments, Nadia has returned to Central Services, supporting and assisting clients to deliver value-add solutions. Projects range from small in-house systems to delivering solutions for large organisations and project teams within Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Canada and the Americas. Whether working with stakeholders, at a site operational level, corporate or exploration, Central Services brings a unique framework and multi-disciplinary lens that bridges the gap between cross-functional areas, operations and strategy. Central Services specialises in leveraging people, processes, technology and data to deliver innovative solutions that drive value for clients and stakeholders.
