The Central Texas BBQ Roundup (CTBR) is more than just a BBQ competition. It is a community movement. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we bring together world-class pitmasters, BBQ restaurants, breweries, entertainers, and families for an unforgettable experience rooted in tradition, generosity, and celebration. Held annually in Belton, Texas, CTBR is an IBCA-sanctioned state championship event featuring top-tier competitions, a music and entertainment festival, a car show, a petting zoo, and more. The event is designed to bring people together while supporting causes that matter. Proceeds support animal welfare, emergency services, and youth education programs. Our mission is to unite businesses, communities, and individuals across Central Texas to give back in meaningful ways, one plate at a time.
