About Central Virginia Housing
Central Virginia Housing is a 501c(3) non-profit organization. Our organization began in 1988 with an all-volunteer staff and one program. Today, Central Virginia Housing is fully staffed and offers many programs geared towards providing affordable housing services in the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Caroline, Fauquier and King George. We work with families and individuals to try and prevent them from losing their housing when crisis strikes. We equip those who walk through our doors with the information and tools necessary for them to be successful renters or homeowners through counseling & education, community collaboration and case management.
