Chris is described as a first class coach, excellent trainer and truly brilliant facilitator. He specialises in developing personal awareness and interpersonal skills that support people in personal, professional, managerial and technical environments. He is a former lawyer, actor and MBA tutor in Creativity, Innovation and Change. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and is registered with UKCP as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, with many years experience. Chris regularly designs and facilitates away day, interpersonal development and change programmes. He is challenging and supportive in equal measure, enabling his clients to flourish and find well being. His work includes facilitating significant change at all levels for individuals, teams and companies in diverse business sectors across many cultures. He has worked with many leading companies, law firms and arts organisations nationally and internationally. In addition to being a psychotherpist and coach, Chris is a Metanoia trained Supervisor. He combines one and group work in integrative therapy, using the arts as media for access, with organisational work, often combining creativity with facilitation for personal, team and organisational development. He also works with Kids Company helping key workers develop relational, creative and therapeutic skills. He is approachable, down to earth with a good sense of humour.
